Three extensions got cheaper
Not every change was an increase. At Porkbun, .democrat and .republican (both $26.26 before) and .futbol ($13.90) now renew for $5.66 a year. Porkbun first listed them at $7.83 on October 6 and lowered them again a few hours later. Namecheap's notice shows the same three falling.
Other moves in the same period
Outside Identity Digital's list, only 3 extensions changed their renewal price between the two snapshots: .au ($7.72 → $8.41), .kyoto ($41.88 → $40.98) and .nl ($7.78 → $7.68). Another 55 changed their first-year price, which is usually a promotion starting or ending rather than a new standard price.
