Terms of Service
These terms describe how namesale.store works in practice: what you buy, how payment is handled, and what we do and do not promise.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using namesale.store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
2. Buying a domain
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact and payment details.
- Catalog listings reflect our most recent availability check. A listing marked as needing confirmation has not been re-checked recently and may no longer be available; we confirm availability before completing a purchase of such a name.
- After payment we begin the transfer process and keep you informed by email. We do not commit to a fixed transfer time, because registrar and registry steps are outside our control.
- You must complete any authorisation steps required by your own registrar. Delays caused by steps only you can take are not something we can resolve for you.
- After the transfer, renewal fees and any other costs of holding the domain are yours.
3. Prices and payment
- The total shown at checkout before you confirm is the amount NameSale charges. There are no additional NameSale fees added after that point.
- NameSale does not add sales tax, VAT or a payment-provider fee on top of the price at checkout. If tax is due on the purchase where you live, paying and reporting it is your responsibility. Charges applied independently by your own bank, card issuer or crypto network are outside our control.
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise on the listing.
- Payments are processed by PayPal or NOWPayments. Payment must be completed before a transfer begins.
4. Returns and undelivered domains
If we capture a payment and then cannot supply or transfer the purchased domain, the amount paid for that undelivered domain is returned to the original payment method after review. Processing time depends on the payment provider that handled the original transaction. Once a domain has been successfully transferred, the transaction is generally final, because domain transfers cannot be reversed. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly. Anything else is reviewed case by case. The full wording is on our refund policy page.
5. What a domain transfer conveys
- A completed transfer gives you the registration rights and registrar control of the domain name for its registration period, subject to your registrar's and the registry's rules.
- It does not convey trademarks, brand or company names, logos, website content, or any other intellectual property, and it is not a finding that the name is free of third-party rights.
- You are responsible for your own trademark and legal diligence before and after purchase, and for lawful use of the name.
- Domains are provided as-is. We make no representation about future traffic, rankings, revenue or resale value, and any metrics shown in the catalog are estimates.
6. Selling or listing a domain with us
You can submit a domain you own for review through our submission form . Submitting is not an agreement and does not guarantee that a domain will be accepted or listed. Commission, transfer steps and payout arrangements are the seller submission terms confirmed with you in writing before anything is published; no listing terms are created by this page. You must be able to prove control of the domain, and we never ask for an authorisation or EPP code in an initial submission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not provide false or misleading information.
- Do not attempt to manipulate pricing or submit fraudulent offers.
- Do not scrape, bulk-collect or resell catalog data through automated systems.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site.
- Do not use the service in breach of laws that apply to you.
We may decline or reverse a transaction, or remove a listing, where we believe these rules have been broken.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, namesale.store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a domain, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the domain concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Site content
The text, graphics, logos and software that make up namesale.store belong to us or are licensed to us, and may not be copied, redistributed or used to create derivative works without written permission. This is separate from the domain names listed for sale, which are covered by section 5.
10. Questions and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved directly. Email contact@namesale.store or use the contact page , including your order reference and the domain name. Statutory rights that apply where you live are unaffected by these terms.
11. Buying from outside our own country
NameSale sells to buyers anywhere. Prices are in USD, and we add no tax at checkout — see section 3.
- Where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you a right these terms do not, that right still applies. Nothing here removes it, and nothing here asks you to give it up.
- That includes any cancellation or withdrawal period your own law gives you for buying online. We start registering or moving the name as soon as your payment is confirmed, because that is what makes the name yours quickly — so if you have such a right and want to keep it open, email us before you pay and we will hold the order instead of starting.
- These terms do not pick a governing law or a court for you. Where your own country's rules decide which law applies to a consumer purchase, those rules decide it.
- We cannot complete a sale to anyone we are not permitted to deal with under the sanctions or export rules that apply to us or to the registrar involved.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and the affected part is read as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable.
13. Contact
- Email: contact@namesale.store
These terms are a plain-language description of how the service currently operates. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Jurisdiction, governing law and consumer-law wording should be reviewed by the business's qualified counsel before being relied on.
Common questions
Are domain sales final?
Once a domain has been transferred to you, the sale is generally final, because domain transfers cannot be reversed. If a completed transfer appears incorrect, contact us and we will review the specific case.
What happens if the domain cannot be transferred to me?
If we capture a payment and then cannot supply or transfer the purchased domain, the amount paid for that undelivered domain is returned to the original payment method after review. Processing time depends on the payment provider that handled the transaction.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments and PayPal via PayPal, and cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. The total shown at checkout before you confirm is the amount charged by NameSale.
What do I receive when I buy a domain?
You receive the registration rights and registrar control of the domain name. A domain transfer does not convey trademarks, company names, website content or other intellectual property, and buyers are responsible for their own trademark and legal diligence.
