If we can't deliver it, you're refunded
If we take a payment and then can't hand the domain over, the amount you paid for it goes back to your original payment method. Processing time is set by your payment provider, so we don't quote a fixed number of days.
Availability and ownership
Listings show when availability was last verified. Recently verified available listings can go to checkout; older listings need a fresh availability confirmation before payment.
Handover steps
You get an order confirmation right away. Once we have registered or moved the name, we email the steps for your registrar, including an authorization (EPP) code where one is required.
