About .live
.live is a generic top-level domain. IANA's root zone database lists Dog Beach, LLC, in care of Identity Digital Inc., as its sponsoring organization and gives June 25, 2015, as its registration date.
Its registry agreement with ICANN, signed in 2014 and renewed for a second term starting in 2024, says the extension will remain open to all registrants who put their registrations to lawful use and that eligibility will not be limited based on identity; it sets no residency requirement. Identity Digital may reserve names from registration in its extensions, including names held for its operations, and assigns some names to separate price categories. Its acceptable use policy allows a name to be suspended if its registration information is not kept accurate.
