About .ai

.ai is the country-code top-level domain of Anguilla. IANA lists the Government of Anguilla as its manager and records its registration date as February 16, 1995. The government sponsors the extension, and Identity Digital provides the registry's technical operations.

Registration of .ai names is unrestricted, so residency in Anguilla is not required. Names are registered and renewed for a minimum of two years, and a transfer to another registrar includes a two-year renewal. The registry states that it adheres to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) for disputes over names.

About .tech

.tech is a generic top-level domain. IANA lists Radix Technologies Inc. as its sponsoring organization and gives March 12, 2015, as its registration date; ICANN lists it as delegated on March 21, 2015. IANA reports show it was first delegated to Dot Tech LLC and, after two transfers in 2021, passed to Radix Technologies Inc. in 2024.

Radix's launch policy lets any interested party register an available .tech name on a first-come, first-served basis. Radix may reserve names and places some others in pricing tiers, each of which can carry its own price for registration, transfer, redemption and renewal; it may move available names between tiers. Its acceptable use policy requires holders of two-character names to take steps against falsely implying an affiliation with a government or country-code manager.
