# NameSale.store > Marketplace for brandable domain names. Listings show the price you pay, and each listing states whether its availability has been verified recently. NameSale.store lists brandable .com and modern-TLD domain names. Prices are shown in USD on each listing and the total shown at checkout before you confirm is the amount charged. Guest checkout is supported. This file describes what the site actually does; it contains no promotional claims. ## What is for sale - Real-word names ("selected names" in the catalog): the default catalog view. Generated letter strings are hidden from it and from search engines. - By extension: [.com](/tld/com), [.io](/tld/io) (short two-word names for developer tools and APIs), [.ai](/tld/ai) (two-word names for AI products), [.net](/tld/net) and [.org](/tld/org). Real-word names in newer extensions (.bar, .boston, .studio and others) are off sale while each is checked for registry premium pricing, because some registries charge far more than the extension's standard rate for dictionary words; a few already checked at the standard rate remain listed. Each extension page lists the names ready to buy and the extension's yearly renewal. - By price: [under $100](/price/under-100) and other price pages; by category: [categories](/catalog) such as Technology, Food & Beverage, Professional Services. - Every listing is a one-time price. The purchase includes the first year of registration (two years for .ai, which registers in two-year terms); after that, renewal is paid to the buyer's own registrar at that extension's rate, shown on each listing as an estimate. ## Availability states Every listing is in one of three states, based on the last automated availability check: - Ready to buy: the listing is available and its availability was verified within the last 7 days. These can be purchased directly. - Needs confirmation: the listing is marked available but has not been re-checked recently. Availability is confirmed before a purchase is completed; buyers can send an enquiry from the listing page. - Unavailable: the name is not currently purchasable through the catalog. Checkout for a domain is gated on a recently verified available listing. Live counts for each state are published on the stats page and come directly from the database, not from hardcoded figures. ## Payment and transfer - Payment options offered at checkout: card and PayPal (via PayPal) and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). - NameSale does not receive or store full card numbers, PayPal credentials or wallet keys. - Availability and price are re-checked before payment. After payment is confirmed, NameSale emails the handover steps for the domain and registrar; the buyer receives the name in their own registrar account. Timing depends on the registrar and the domain and is not fixed by NameSale. - A completed transfer conveys registration rights and registrar control of the name only. It does not convey trademarks, company names, website content or other intellectual property; buyers are responsible for their own trademark and legal diligence. ## Refunds If a payment is captured and NameSale cannot supply or transfer the purchased domain, the amount paid for that undelivered domain is returned to the original payment method after review; processing time depends on the payment provider. Completed transfers are generally final because domain transfers cannot be reversed. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly.
